"Jana is such a natural yoga teacher; she is calm, open, mindful and encouraging. I have been practicing yoga with Jana for more than 4 years now and the benefits both physically and psychologically have made such a difference to me in many ways. The pace of each class is tailored with modifications and alternatives built in to suit the moment; Jana has taught me to always listen to my body first.

Her knowledge about the body and mind shines during lessons, I have absolute confidence in her words and now see yoga not as just as an exercise class but a journey. I leave classes feeling energised yet peaceful and always look forward to a new pose and thus better understanding of my own body and capabilities. I always feel at ease and know that I can try new things in Jana’s lessons because she creates a space that is safe and friendly.
